At Mountain Valley Chapel in Gold Bar, Washington, we believe there will be a final judgment when every person will stand before God to give an account for their life. This truth is not meant to bring fear but to remind us of the holiness and justice of God. He is loving and merciful, but He is also righteous and true. On that day, every wrong will be made right, and every heart will be fully revealed.

For those who have trusted in Jesus Christ, the judgment will be a moment of joy and reward, not condemnation. Our sins have already been paid for through His sacrifice on the cross. We will stand before God clothed in the righteousness of Christ, welcomed into His eternal presence. But for those who have rejected Him, there will be separation from God in a place the Bible calls hell a place of sorrow and regret, never intended for humanity but for the devil and his angels.

We believe heaven and hell are real, eternal realities. This truth gives urgency to our mission and compassion for the lost. It reminds us that every soul matters to God and that the choices we make in this life echo forever.

At Mountain Valley Chapel, we proclaim the hope that no one has to face judgment alone. Through faith in Jesus, anyone can receive forgiveness and eternal life. Today is the day of grace, and God is still calling people to Himself.

If you are looking for a Bible-teaching church near Gold Bar, Sultan, or Index where eternity is taught with both truth and hope, we invite you to join us. Come discover the assurance that comes from knowing Christ and living ready for eternity.

“And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment.” — Hebrews 9:27 (ESV)
