Youth Group Registration

FREE. Quick registration. Takes 2–3 minutes.

Welcome to Mountain Valley Chapel Youth. We want students to know Jesus, grow in the Word, and build friendships within our church family.

Youth ministry takes place during our Sunday service at 10:30 AM, with monthly outings as well. Thursday youth nights are not currently meeting. We gather at 230 Lewis Avenue, Gold Bar, WA 98251.

This form gives our leaders the contact, emergency, and permission information needed to care for your student. Please check with a leader about current check-in arrangements and the next outing.
