Welcome to MVC's health challenge: STEPPING BEYOND
Weather is getting better, and it is time to start getting on a walking/hiking program to benefit your health and fitness! All you need is determination to make the change in your life, a pedometer to measure your progress and some firm goals!
Below are some pdf files, which means they are printable forms to help chart your progress. Again, make a firm commitment to walk each day!
A trip to Mount St. Helens is being planned for August 22, 2011. If you plan on hiking to the top of the mountain, a $22 fee is required to secure your spot. To date we have four openings for the climb to the top. A fee is not required if you want to be part of the group that will be walking around Mt. St. Helens. We will leave Sunday, August 21, camp overnight, and walk/hike on Monday, August 22.
